These Terms govern your use of the LoyalLens website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility

2. What LoyalLens is (and is not)
LoyalLens is a public-records people-search tool for personal, informational use. We aggregate publicly available information to help you make your own decisions. LoyalLens does not verify, guarantee, or vouch for the accuracy of any record, and a report is not an assertion of fact about any person.
3. NOT a consumer report — FCRA notice
LoyalLens is not a consumer reporting agency ("CRA") as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and our reports are not "consumer reports." You agree not to use LoyalLens or any information from it, in whole or in part, as a factor in:
- employment or volunteer screening;
- tenant, housing, or rental screening;
- credit or insurance eligibility;
- any other purpose covered by the FCRA or equivalent state law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate personal purposes. You must not:
- stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or harm any person;
- use results to discriminate against or deny opportunities to any person;
- attempt to identify, locate, or contact a person against their will in a manner that is unlawful or abusive;
- resell, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the Service;
- misrepresent your identity or violate any third party's rights or any law.
You are solely responsible for how you use any information obtained through the Service.
5. Accuracy and no warranty
Records are matched primarily by name, age, and location, which can produce false or partial matches (for example, a different person with the same name). A name match is not proof of identity. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Verify anything important through official sources before relying on it.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid features are governed by our Billing & Refunds terms, which are incorporated by reference. Certain plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew until cancelled. See the Billing & Refunds document for pricing, renewal, and cancellation.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and logos, is owned by LoyalLens or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.
9. Third-party sources and links
Reports rely on third-party and public sources we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of those sources or of any linked sites.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoyalLens and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the [12 months] before the claim or [USD 100].
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LoyalLens harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
